Anasakti Ashram

The resort where Gandhi Ji stayed at the time of his excursion to this place in the late 1929’s. The place consists of a number pictures of the father of the nation with his write-ups.  The place has a huge library to relax and study about the beauty of this salubrious resort.

Lakshmi Ashram

As the Anasakti Ashram this is also a renowned one as it inherits its name from a follower ofMahatma Gandhi, Catherine Hillman. Catherine Hillman was also known by the name Sarlaben and hence the Ashram is known as Sarla Ashram. The place also serves as a NGO for poor uneducated women and aquint them with various skills like cooking, farming and veteransim.
